1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You represent that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, or cancel enrollments at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms or for conduct we deem harmful to other users or our operations.

2. Description of services

Go2X provides placement-focused education, including courses, mentorship, mock interviews, and placement support. Course content, schedules, formats, and offerings may be modified, updated, or discontinued from time to time. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including placement or employment. Results depend on your effort, background, and market conditions.

Access to certain Services may be subject to payment and additional terms (e.g. enrolment agreements, refund policy). Where you enrol in a paid course, the applicable fee, payment terms, and refund conditions will be communicated at the time of enrolment and are incorporated into these Terms to the extent applicable.

3. Acceptable use and conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misrepresent your identity or qualifications; submit false or misleading information in applications or communications; copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer our content or materials without permission; use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts; or use automated means to scrape or interfere with the Services except as we expressly permit.

We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or illegal. We are not obligated to provide notice in all circumstances but may do so where practicable.

4. Intellectual property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on or underlying our Services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course curricula, and software) are owned by Go2X or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with your enrolment or engagement with Go2X. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. Your submissions (e.g. assignments, feedback) may be used by us to improve our Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third parties (including hiring partners or employers) or for outcomes such as placement or employment, which depend on factors outside our control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Go2X and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or these Terms. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred Indian Rupees (INR 100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such cases, the above limitations may not fully apply to you.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go2X and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any conduct or content attributable to you. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access or account at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) shall survive.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated to you by email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services. For paid enrolments, material adverse changes may be subject to your right to withdraw in accordance with our refund policy.

10. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Go2X regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
